 Fall 2009 National Meeting of the American Chemical Society

Rao S Bezwada, President of Bezwada Biomedical LLC, will be making five technical presentations at the upcoming Fall 2009 National meeting of the American Chemical Society. His presentations will be in the PMSE sponsored symposium entitled, “Biomaterials and Bioengineering”. The symposium will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Washington DC from August 17th to 19th.

The technical presentations by Rao S Bezwada will showcase new and innovative absorbable technology platforms developed by the company. Key aspects along with potential medical, cosmetic and nutraceutical applications of each subset of our absorbable technology platform will be presented. Innovative chemistry and technology behind these designed to degrade materials will enable us to harness the benefits of various kinds of drugs, Nitric Oxide, natural products, nutraceutical and cosmestic entities in a controlled manner. Furthermore, they will enable us to prepare new or add therapeutic value to absorbable medical devices in a way that can fulfill the unmet needs of the healthcare community.
